In the Centre
 Melbourne Zoo Family Day
On Sunday 25th May, we all met at the centre to travel by bus to Melbourne Zoo for our second family day of 2008.
With over 300 species at the Melbourne Zoo there was lots of amazing things to see. The elephants and the butterfly house were big hits and we all met for a picnic lunch. Overall the day was a success and fun was had by all.
 Red Nose Day
Red Nose Day, held annually on the last Friday in June, is the major fundraiser for SIDS and Kids. Funds raised through Red Nose Day activities assist us in providing our vital services and programs. Visit the website |

What's New
 Congratulations May's winners!!!
In 2006 we introduced a new recognition program into the child care team, to encourage and reward excellence, effort and achievement of both individuals and teams. This was a huge success, and so, we decided to keep this program ongoing. Each month completed nomination forms nominating either individuals or teams, will be received. We will review the month's nominations and announce the 3 winners of the “Outstanding Team Member” for the month. Congratulations to this months winners Snez, Tania and April. |
